Complaints and returns 

When you shop at www.la-roar.com, the defect rules of the Purchase Act apply.

The return of goods also takes place at this address - please note that we do not accept packages sent by post cash on delivery or to parcel shops. Prior to return, an email is always sent to info@la-roar.com

Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or by returning the item in person. It is not a requirement, but is recommended that adequate information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which a refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.

Refund 

As agreed, in the case of returned goods or prepaid goods which are cancelled before dispatch, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. 

Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and La Roar Life Science therefore needs the registration number and the account number of your bank account. As this information is not of sensitive nature, it can easily be provided by email or other traditional correspondence from. 

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days, counted from the date of reception of the merchandise, within which to return the product, with no obligation of justification or payment of penalties. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of the return yourself.

If you want to make a complaint about your purchase, please contact us at info@la-roar.com. If we do not succeed to find a solution, you can make a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution, provided that the conditions for this are met.
