Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or by returning the item in person. It is not a requirement, but is recommended that adequate information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which a refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.
As agreed, in the case of returned goods or prepaid goods which are cancelled before dispatch, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price.
