La Roar - Terms of service

General 

The following document describes the terms and conditions of your purchase of membership on La Roar Life Science, website: www.la-roar.com

www.la-roar.com is operated by La Roar Life Science ApS, CVR no: 39379775

We may change the terms and conditions with immediate effect if the changes are to your advantage. Otherwise, changes are made with three months' notice. In the event of a change in the terms, you will receive an email about this and the change will also be notified on our website. The terms were last updated on November 4th, 2020.

Subscription 

Once you have booked a subscription at www.la-roar.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Entry into force, duration and termination of subscription 

Once you have ordered a subscription, you will receive a delivery with your La Roar Life Science every 4 weeks. Your La Roar Life Sciences is delivered to your desired delivery address, ie. either your home address, workplace or parcel box near you. Each package includes 30 days of daily servings of your dietary supplement.

When you order a La Roar Life Science subscription, we will as soon as possible produce, package and ship your La Roar Life Science. This usually happens the same day or the day after. The day we ship your La Roar Life Science will serve as the shipping date. We will subsequently ship your La Roar Life Science to ensure that you receive a new one every 4 weeks.  

Payment: We will only deduct the amount for your La Roar Life Science when we ship your food supplement.

Your subscription will continue to run until terminated by you or by La Roar Life Science.

You have the opportunity to change the type of food supplement included in your subscription by sending us an email at info@la-roar.com. You can change the type of food supplement for the next delivery of your La Roar Life Science no later than 7 days before the next shipping date. 

You can always terminate this subscription with effect from the next delivery by writing an email to info@la-roar.com. La Roar Life Science A/S may terminate this subscription at any time without notice.

You can at any time unconditionally revoke your permission for La Roar Life Science A/S to automatically deduct an amount from your payment account in the future and regardless of the underlying contractual relationship. If the termination is not timely, you will instead receive an invoice for the amount due. You can make objections regarding unauthorized charges to your card provider no later than 8 weeks after the charge has taken place, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider.

Your card information is stored as long as your membership with La Roar Life Science A/S is active and solely for the purpose of being able to complete the payment for your La Roar Life Science. If you cancel your subscription or if you choose to pay your subscription per. invoice, your card details will be deleted no later than one month after termination, provided you have paid for all your La Roar Life Science during the term of your subscription. If you have not paid for one or more of your La Roar Life Science, we reserve the right to store your card information until all your La Roar Life Science has been paid, after which your card information will be deleted no later than 14 days later.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your card information is always up to date. You can always update your card information by logging in to your profile at www.la-roar.com.

You can withdraw your consent for La Roar Life Science A/S to store your card information at any time. In that case, La Roar Life Science A/S will immediately delete the stored card information. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you must write to info@la.roar.com.

We reserve the right to waive and trade with you if we have a real and factual justification for this.

Failure to pay: In the event that it has not been possible for us to withdraw money from your card, whether due to incorrect card information or lack of funds on the card, you will receive reminder letters via email. 

Failure to pay: If, after 7 days from the first failed payment, it is still not possible for us to withdraw money from your card, you will receive another reminder letter via email. 

Non-payment. If, after 14 days from the first failed payment, it is still not possible for us to withdraw money, a reminder will be emailed to you with the consequences of the non-payment and a fee of DKK 100 will be charged.

Failure to pay: If it is still not possible for us to withdraw money after 21 days after the first failed payment, or you have not made the payment to us in any other way, eg by bank transfer or Mobile pay, a warning that the case is transferred to judicial collection, with additional costs for customers is sent out.

Out of stock 

We generally have all our products in stock at all times. However, in the event that a product is sold out we will contact you within 24-48 hours after the order is placed to tell you when the product will be available or possibly suggest an alternative order.

Payment

La Roar Life Science accepts payment with Dankort /VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, Amex or as Mobile pay payment and PayPal. Money will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

Delivery 

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Upon receival, please check that your order matches the order confirmation and that the contact information is correct. If you discover errors or omissions, or have changes to your order, you always have the right to contact La Roar as soon as possible at info@la-roar.com.

La Roar strives to ship the item within 24 hours of ordering on weekdays, but there may be situations where delivery takes place later.

La Roar cannot be held responsible for delays with the carrier. In the event of a definite non-delivery, La Roar will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
