Summer is the season when you can find delicious Danish barriers. Today, we share Caroline Fibæk’s recipe for a wonderful smoothie filled with raspberries and strawberries.
Ingredients – for 2 glasses
150 g fresh raspberries
250 g fresh strawberries
1 tsp. raw licorice powder
3 mint leaves
1 dl. cold water
Instructions:
Rinse the strawberries and raspberries and put them in the freezer for a little over an hour. Blend them with the other ingredients.
