Below we will share our favorite recipe for banana pancakes.
Sweet banana pancakes without sugar
Ingredients for 8-12 small pancakes:
2 ripe bananas
3 dl. almond flour
3 large eggs
½ tsp. vanilla powder
1 pinch cinnamon powder
100 g blueberries
1 Tbsp. organic flaxseed oil
1 Tbsp. coconut oil for frying
Mash the bananas and mix them with the almond flour.
Add the eggs one at a time and the flaxseed oil, stirring well. Season with vanilla and cinnamon.
Add the blueberries to the dough.
Melt a little coconut oil in a hot pan, pour ½-1 dl. dough on the pan and let it fry on both sides until it is golden brown.
Garnish with fresh berries and mint.
Your banana pancakes are now ready to be enjoyed. Bon appetit!
