Yogurt Boost with Nourishing Topping Favorites

Yogurt Boost with Nourishing Topping Favorites

This recipe is created with your body in mind – and the many small factors that play a role in supporting healthy hormonal function.

When we say “food with a focus on hormonal balance,” we don’t mean a miracle solution. We mean food that:

  • stabilizes blood sugar
  • provides slow-release energy
  • supports the liver, digestion, and nutrient absorption
  • contributes essential fatty acids and micronutrients
  • suits the female (and male) body in motion

Base:

  • 1.5 dl Greek yogurt or a plant-based alternative
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or acerola powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or cinnamon

Mix together and pour into a bowl – ready for your toppings!

Choose Your Toppings

  1. Kiwi or Orange
Rich in vitamin C, naturally found in fruit, adding freshness and color.
  2. Banana
A natural source of vitamin B6 and potassium – brings soft sweetness and a creamy texture.
  3. Blueberries or Raspberries
Packed with natural antioxidants and fiber – colorful and fresh as a topping.
  4. Pumpkin Seeds
Provide zinc and magnesium – plus a satisfying crunch.
  5. Pomegranate Seeds
Deliver vitamin C and polyphenols – tangy-sweet flavor and vibrant color.
  6. Chia Seeds or Flaxseeds (1 tsp)
Natural sources of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber – ideal in small amounts.
  7. Tahini or Sesame Seeds
Contain calcium, vitamin E, and healthy fats – adding depth and richness.

The content of vitamins and minerals in homemade food can vary depending on the type and quantity of ingredients. That’s why it may be beneficial to supplement with a balanced product like HormonalCare® with vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, or FertilityCare® with zinc, which contributes to normal fertility, and folate, which supports tissue growth during pregnancy – both from La Roar.

Enjoy!
